The day gathers itself in with an eiderdown of clouds to make way for the night and the spars and masts of the boats moored in the harbour are silhouetted against the darkening sky.
The port of Anstruther perches on the Fife coast looking out over the Firth of Forth and a little to the south of St. Andrews. It’s a favourite stopping off point for me if I’m in the area. The views are stunning and the fish and chip shops are superb. What more do you want?
