The sun has been beaming down all day in Morecambe and the crowds have been out and the beaches have been full. Over the years the town has had more than it’s fair share of stick and there are some corners that would benefit from more than a little bit of TLC. And hello from Lancaster, the trains in the UK are still bedeviled by industrial action but there are some skeleton services running so I’ve taken advantage of that to head out to Lancaster and Morecambe. The connections are a little adrift so I’ve had a quick walk around Lancaster before heading out to the seaside.
Now in yesterday’s post I did drag you all around a bit as I took in my first Edinburgh Fringe for a couple of years, three in fact.
