PRESTON. A Day out On The Bus.

The weather is still stuck in “Unfriendly” mode but sitting in looking out at the world outside is not one of my favourite ways to pass the time so it was on with the big coat and out on the bus to Preston.

It wasn’t the most promising of days but the cabin fever had been biting hard all week so I braved the unfriendly elements and took a train ride up to the town of Leyland, a little to the south of Preston in Lancashire.

Well I’m sitting here in my little office at the end of another cold, grey and wet day. Winter is so much fun at times.

January is doing what it does best, being cold and wet. At least that’s what it’s doing here on my doorstep. Time is not being wasted though, planning is being done for when Mr. Bluesky returns.

The new year is beginning to pick up speed. Still one or two things hanging around from its predecessor but that’s nothing new.

Dear readers you find me in Preston, Lancashire, UK. I am heading north to Lancaster and then on to Morecambe on the beautiful Morecambe Bay. We’re now in the long stretch of the short, blink and you miss them days, so I’m making the most of every opportunity to get out into whatever sunshine is on offer. On the next leg, the day unfolds.
