While I was in Maryport and waiting for the parade to start I took a walk up and down Senhouse Street, the main shopping area, it leads through from Curzon Street to the harbour. The town largely dates from the Georgian times and is laid out on a regular grid pattern. I found a good spot at the bottom of the street and got myself into the photo taking frame of mind. I was stood by a row of shops and chanced a quick image of a Saturday afternoon in a Maryport Barber’s shop.
