GLASGOW. In The Frame.

A last flick through the Glasgow images from the recent trip and meet up.

It’s amazing what you can turn up once you go rooting through the undergrowth of your photofiles.

And hello from Penrith. The train arrived a little late, a shortage of train crew according to the announcements. Anyway I’m here. Roast turkey and stuffing roll, chocolate flapjack. Ohh and a Scotch pie in case of emergencies. Okay so I ate the croissant. Today’s expedition is to the Lake District, not got off to the most organized of starts, auto ticket machines are not the most straightforward things to use. Anyway sat sitting waiting for the next train north so that’s and excuse ( like I ever see need one ) for a coffee and a croissant. I’ve just stumbled across these images, they were taken on a Spring day walk through the Sankey Valley.

It was a comfortably warm Saturday evening and I’d been in Sheffield since a little after nine am.
