ABERYSTWYTH. Some Planning Ahead.

Right so 2021 is in it’s final decent before landing and regenerating into a New Year. I like my metaphors mixed not shaken or stirred.

I took a trip up to Lytham at the weekend, it’s a favourite destination of mine. A place to wander and get some fresh air, a place to chase down a pleasing meal or a place just to find a quiet corner and sit and watch the world go about it’s business.

Tucked away at the top of Morecambe Bay is the pretty coastal village of Arnside. If it’s a bit of peace and quiet you seek, some fresh air and exercise, with perhaps a restorative meal and a pint afterwards, then this is the sort of place you should head to

For many years now I’ve had breaks of some kind in Scotland.

Autumn’s winds are getting cooler and the clocks go back at the end of the month. The long drag of Winter is just around the corner. At least I have plenty of sunshine on file in my photographs.

The day unfolds, what started out as an unpromising day has blossomed nicely in Chester. The city is a regular go to place, there’s always plenty going on, the area around the Town Hall and market is currently being redeveloped. These things can either end well…….or less so…..
