Well, between them Storms Arwen and Barra have been battering the UK quite thoroughly. Ice cream may not be the first thing that comes to mind on a cool, crisp, end of November day but at this end of Southport’s Lord Street there was more than enough business to be keeping everyone happy. This is one of those “Can’t walk past that scene ” shots.
The day started with a grim face but has cheered up. Don’t be fooled though, the brisk sunshine has Storm Arwen’s cold heart wrapped up inside it. I’m taking advantage of the sunshine even though it’s very much Big Coat weather. I’ve a couple of errands to sort out then it’s back home to my cosy front room.
