A top deck view of Kendal.

It looks like the sun has not got his hat on today, in fact he’s taken the day off and Mr Bluesky is somewhere behind a layer of porridgey grey sky.

Not been in there for a browse, it can go on the list.

Nevertheless, I’m braving the weather with a train and bus trip up to Keswick, better to get wet in a pretty area like the Lake District than sitting in counting the flowers on the wallpaper.

Stopping off at Kendal bus station, morning shoppers heading home, afternoon shoppers arriving in search of bargains and possibly coffee and cake.

The journey continues.
