As any regular readers of these ramblings will know I like a proper market. Dream catchers and scented candles have their place but you cannot beat a decent, old fashioned market. Shrewsbury is one of those. I am not the biggest fan of the building’s architecture but the contents are superb. Fresh fruit and veg, meat and fish plush some extremely tidy places to eat. Put it on your list…….

I’ve visited Shrewsbury many times but never the market. It looks great, like you say – a proper market. Love it!

It’s well worth a visit, I would be very surprised if you didn’t come away with something. There’s a good selection of places to eat in there as well ( see earlier posts)
