On my travels, I’m heading down to Shrewsbury to catch up with a friend before Christmas takes over and the roast dinner/ chocolate/ drink event horizon hits. This journey down Through the Welsh borderlands is a favourite of mine, each season adds a different flavour. Today’s is a light dusting of snow and a crisp, sharp light cutting through an idling mist.
It’s a Monday and I’m out and about, meeting up with my good friend and fellow photographer the G-Man (Gareth). For once I am reasonably organized, plus the trains made a great connection at Chester, which all means I am in one of my favorite places, the Shrewsbury Coffee House, with time to spare for a soothing latte and a bit of thought organizing.
