SNAPSHOT. Todmorden, Morning Coffee On The Market.

Coffee and cake on the Exchange Coffee stall.

Right, cards on the table, I fell out of my bed this morning with no clear idea of what or where I was going to do or go with the day. I’d been pondering on this for most of the week with no success which was more than a bit annoying. I hate a day going to waste like that. My solution was to get down to the railway station and buy a rover ticket. There’s a choice of several and the one I’ve picked covers from the Lancashire coast inland to West Yorkshire at Todmorden and Hebden Bridge. I’ve not been out that way in a little while so it’s a chance to catch up and see what’s occurin’. Todmorden is the first stop, coffee the second.

  1. That’s a cracking little coffee shop and a great place to pick up on local atmosphere.
