Yesterday evening sort of ran away and hid from me so here’s how my cake hunting finished up. The cake turned into a bagel.
A favourite stopping off point is the cafe Toast on the station at West Kirby. It’s so easy for me to trot off the train, through the barrier and around the corner and in.

I was looking at at the cakes but then I noticed brie and cranberry as a toasted bagel filling, sorry, cheese and I turn into a human mouse. So I went for the savoury and not the sweet this time around. Good it was too.
