Dear readers you find me in Preston, Lancashire, UK. I am heading north to Lancaster and then on to Morecambe on the beautiful Morecambe Bay. We’re now in the long stretch of the short, blink and you miss them days, so I’m making the most of every opportunity to get out into whatever sunshine is on offer. On the next leg, the day unfolds.

I took a ride over to Chorley yesterday evening, it was the second night of the always entertaining Chorley Live music event, where shops, pubs and squares become venues for live music and the spoken word.
