When we spoke last I was just enjoying a reviving coffee and toast at the Shrewsbury Coffee House. My posts today have been a bit sporadic, a sort of electronic constipation. My mobile, for some reason, has decided it would rather be an amusing paperweight instead of a communication device. It and I will be discussing this tomorrow.

From the coffee house I took a walk down Pride Hill before heading off towards the River at English Bridge. The River Severn makes an elegant loop around the town, making the centre an intricate teardrop of streets. A great place for an extended game of hide and seek and home to an interesting selection of eateries.

That’s my day so far. A bit more to come.
